The St. Elizabeth Teacher Fund
Supporting Teachers. Strengthening Schools. Shaping Futures.

Behind every thriving student is often a teacher who believed in them.
Teachers do far more than deliver lessons. They inspire curiosity, build confidence, encourage perseverance, and help children discover their potential.
Yet too often, the educators who make such an extraordinary difference in our children's lives are not compensated in a way that reflects their impact.
The St. Elizabeth Teacher Fund was created to recognize and support the dedicated educators at St. Elizabeth School. Through community generosity, the fund provides meaningful financial appreciation to the teachers who invest so much of themselves in their students.
When we invest in teachers, we invest in every child they inspire.
Our hope is not only to celebrate the incredible work these educators do, but to contribute to a school environment where exceptional teachers feel valued, supported, and inspired to stay. Because supporting teachers means investing in the quality and continuity of education for generations of students.
A natural next step
We began by investing in children.
As our mission grew, we recognized that investing in the people who shape their futures is just as important. The St. Elizabeth Teacher Fund isn't a departure from supporting kids. It's how we reach every child in the classroom at once.
The St. Elizabeth Teacher Fund is a program of OPO Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It is run independently by OPO Charities and is not operated by St. Elizabeth School or the Diocese of Kansas City–St. Joseph.
